PURCHASE OF ART.

Concluding a contract with Arts Bound.

1.1 When you place an order with us, you demonstrate your intention to buy an item. This will include payment for the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order and payment.


1.2 Once we know that payment has been successfully received, we will notify you that the order has been processed. The item will be shipped within 2-3 days.


1.3 We have made every effort to display the colors of the paintings presented on this site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display will accurately convey the color and tone of the real thing. We can only do what technology allows me to do.

Returns are possible within a month. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the work, that is why it is written that delivery is free.


1.4 By placing an order with me and paying for the item, you agree and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and terms of use of the site.


1.5 We fully comply with our obligations under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.


How to buy something

2.2 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. You can remove items from your basket at any time if you do not want them. If you would prefer to order by post, you can do so by emailing us at www@artsbound.com or irynakastsova@gmail.com


3.3 You will need to pay for the goods in full when you place your order.


3.4 We use secure payment systems for online shopping. You can pay for your order using PayPal . This is a great guarantee for our transaction. Your payment will be held by PayPal until you receive your parcel and are happy with your purchase.


3.5 All prices shown on our website are in US Dollars and include VAT.


3.6 For countries: USA and EUROPE, import duties may be charged for goods, even if the objects are art (International HS code for sculpture: 970300 and for paintings: 970110). However, you are responsible for paying the import duty if it is charged.


3.7 After your order is completed, we will inform you of the dispatch date (usually 2-3 days after placing your order).


Shipping and handling costs

4.1 Items are usually dispatched from our gallery within 2-3 working days. Free shipping.


4.2 The carrier usually delivers the goods within 8-15 working days from the date of dispatch. Sometimes there may be delays at customs. This is not due to the work of expedited mail.


4.3 Your goods will be delivered to the address you specified in the order. You must be at home to accept the delivery of your order. We always write that the goods must be handed over in person.


4.4 It is your responsibility to dispose of the packaging materials.


4.5 After two unsuccessful delivery attempts (or if you are not at home at the agreed delivery time), the goods can be returned to the gallery where we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee for redelivery.


4.6 If you change the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on to you any additional costs incurred by our carriers for re-routing your delivery.


4.7 Please check the goods upon delivery. Any damage to the goods should be reported to us.


4.8 If the goods have been lost or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately.


Cancellation and returns

5.1 You can cancel the contract at any time within 14 days of delivery. To do this, send us an email.


5.2 You do not have to give a reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.


5.3 If you cancel an order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, together with the original packaging, at your own cost. You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged to protect them from damage.


5.4 You can properly inspect the goods within 14 days, as if you had visited our gallery.


Faulty goods / Warranty

6.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please let me know by email or in writing, giving details of the problem. It is helpful if you provide us with a digital photograph of the problem, as this will usually save you the trouble of returning the goods for inspection. We will resolve the matter in accordance with your legal rights.


6.3 If you agree to an exchange, it will be arranged without undue delay and free of charge. Replacement items will not be dispatched until the original items have been received by our gallery and inspected. The cost of returning the items is your responsibility, however, once inspected, we will reimburse you for reasonable postage costs, provided the items are found to be faulty.
