Your privacy is guaranteed. We never share your information, so it is 100% safe and secure. We never share/sell your information to third parties, so you have nothing to fear!

Paypal (which is used for in-store purchases) is the industry standard and as such is completely secure and is used worldwide millions of times a day for purchases. So yes, your information is safe, secure and always completely private. Check out Paypal's privacy policy .
Payment options
Our store uses PayPal for payment. PayPal accepts all credit and debit cards for secure payment, so you can shop with confidence. PayPal is the industry standard in e-commerce and is completely secure. You only enter your payment details after checkout and are taken to their secure site for immediate payment.

We always welcome cash, as well as bank transfers (instructions can be emailed).
Is it possible to get my job back?
Yes! We want you to be delighted and completely happy with the art you purchase from Arts Bound!

We offer a 14-day return policy. We strive to accurately represent the works as they appear in person, as it is impossible to know for sure what a painting will look like in your particular setting until you have it in your possession. This is just part of buying art (or anything for that matter) online.

We kindly ask that you contact us before shipping the artwork so that we can ensure that there is no alternative solution (such as another piece) that might better suit your needs. The bottom line is that we want you to be delighted with the artwork and enjoy it for a lifetime! (Please note that the collector is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance).

Are the artworks on display at Arts Bound a financial investment?
Arts Bound encourages art patrons to purchase art for its pleasure and aesthetic value. However, art can be a financial investment as demand for a particular artist and/or artwork grows. Over 600 works have already been appraised at high prices and successfully sold through renowned galleries such as Artsy, Artfinder, Artsper, Artnet, 1stdibs, Singulart, This confirms their value and quality, reducing the risk for you as a buyer.
Shipping information
We will happily ship artwork anywhere in the world. Shipping is free. Shipping costs are included in the total item price. All artwork is packed in custom art boxes to ensure safe delivery. Our boxes are lined with high density foam to protect your art. The foam construction also makes unpacking quick and easy - no packing mess, no mess. We ship artwork via FedEx, UPS and other common carriers. All artwork is shipped fully insured. Please note that a signature for delivery is not required unless you request that your artwork be shipped with a signature. Artwork typically ships within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can know exactly when your artwork will arrive. If you need your artwork shipped in a short time frame, please contact us before placing your order at www@artsbound.com so we can arrange expedited shipping.
Information about commissions
Commissions are done when you want a special piece made just for you. Maybe you have a specific space and want the piece to fit perfectly. Maybe you have seen one of our pieces that you like, but it is not the right size for your space. You may even see a piece that is for sale and you want something similar just for you. These are all reasons to commission a piece.

Before an artist begins working on your order, we take a non-refundable 30% deposit. This ensures that the artist is paid for their time and materials. Once the work is completed, we will send you a high resolution image of the work. If you accept it, we will offer to pay the rest of the amount and send you the work. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied when you see the image, we can make minor changes. Once you pick up the artwork, there is no return. The time frame will depend on the size, material and complexity of the work, but it usually takes 3-10 days to complete an order.
